Lee Magnet High Administration
Principal Rob Howle
I have been an educator for 20 years. I’ve taught and held leadership roles in schools in Texas and Louisiana. I served as Master teacher and writer of various curriculums. I was part of a group of educators who created the Quest for Success curriculum. In 2016 I was tasked with creating a STEM themed magnet school for Pointe Coupee Parish. I served for two years as the Chief Program Administrator for STEM Magnet Academy of Pointe Coupee. In June of 2018 I was given the honor of becoming the Principal of Lee Magnet. My vision for is for Lee Magnet to become the number one Magnet School in Louisiana, while also providing a high school experience that creates a bond between the school and its students.
Mr. Blankenship is the assistant principal here at Lee Magnet High. He is also the school disciplinarian.
Greetings, Patriot Family! It is indeed my honor and pleasure to serve as one of LEE Magnet High’s Assistant Principals! This is my 18th year in education, 10th year as a school leader, and my second year as a Patriot. I have worked at some amazing schools, but LEE Magnet is truly “a school like no other”. When not working hard for our students, I enjoy traveling, listening to music, eating at Izzo’s and spending time with my family. Once I retire from the wonderful world of education, I’d like to write a book for and about teens. I have worked with students in grades K-12, but there’s just something about high school students! I love helping freshmen transition smoothly into high school, I love watching seniors walk across the graduation stage and into the next chapter of their life, and I love seeing sophomores and juniors mature and start to pave their own way to a successful future. My job is tiring but so rewarding. The future holds so many great things for us, and I look forward to continuing my LEEdership journey right here at Lee Magnet. Please, contact me if you need anything. I am always here to help. Let’s make this school year our best one yet!! Go, Patriots!
